The 2024 NCVA-NE Mini-Reunion will be held again at the
Dockside Guest Quarters, 22 Harris Island Rd., York Maine
from Wednesday the 18th to Friday the 20th of September.
The Dockside has provided an information book for the guests
The hosts (Lisa and Phil) are keeping the room rates the same
as they were last year ($199 to $255) depending on your room choice.

RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE NO LATER THAN 13 SEPTEMBER 2024
You will pay your room cost directly to the hotel at the time you make a reservation
(NOTE: There are cancellation charges if you cannot keep your reservations)
As usual, there will be a $10.00 registration fee for members only
A Continental Breakfast will be provided on both Thursday (the 19th) and Friday (the 20th)
The Meet and Greet will be after Check-in Wednesday (the 18th) (cash bar)
The General Meeting and Lobster Bake are planned for Thursday.
The bake will have lobsters, clams, and hot dogs and burgers for anyone not eating seafood.
Additionally, plans may be made for a boat cruise from Portsmouth to the Isles of Shoals.
Date and cost for the cruise will be determined at a later date also)
Checkout will be on Friday the 20th from 10AM until Noon.
